What We Did

Our work for Pacific Avionics focused on building authority, increasing visibility and converting high value aviation traffic into real revenue.

This is a highly technical, competitive industry where trust and credibility are everything. The strategy had to support both immediate sales and long term brand positioning.

1. Website redesign and conversion optimisation

We rebuilt key areas of the website to improve user experience, product discoverability and buyer confidence.

Navigation was restructured around brands, product categories and aircraft upgrade pathways. Product pages were enhanced with clearer technical information, structured data and stronger calls to action.

We also improved mobile usability, page speed and checkout flow to reduce friction for high value purchases.

2. Strategic SEO campaign

Instead of chasing broad aviation keywords, we focused on high intent product and brand searches.

We optimised core product pages, built out category authority, implemented technical SEO improvements and strengthened internal linking to dominate priority product lines.

At the same time, we created optimised content around aircraft servicing, modifications and certified repairs to establish Pacific Avionics as more than just an online store.

This resulted in multiple high value products ranking in the top 3 positions organically.

3. High performance Google Ads and Shopping campaigns

We launched a structured Google Ads strategy combining Search and Google Shopping campaigns.

Shopping campaigns were segmented by brand and margin, allowing us to scale profitable products while protecting ad spend.

Through ongoing optimisation, feed refinement and smart bidding strategies, campaigns consistently achieved between 4x and 14x return on investment.
